The Bunker uses Elijah Craig small batch bourbon whiskey
Ingredients
- Honey, for rim
- 1 tablespoon sugar blended with 8 tablespoons crushed Honey Nut Cheerios, for garnish
- 2 ounces whiskey from a bottle that has been soaked in equal parts Honey Nut Cheerios and whiskey in a jar overnight, then strained
- 1 barspoon of maple syrup
- 1 dash orange bitters
Instructions
- Brush a thin layer of honey on the rim of a rocks glass and rolling it in the sugar/cereal mixture.
- Place a large ice cube in the glass, then stir in whiskey, a spoonful of maple syrup and a dash of orange bitters
