Exceptional wines on Fridays and sushi at Four Seasons Jackson Hole.

From curated Friday pours to an omakase experience, Four Seasons Jackson Hole’s restaurant scene is giving us every reason to raise a glass (or two!).
Fridays with Sommelier AJ Puccia: Sommelier Stash
Fridays from 6 p.m.
Every Friday evening, Sommelier AJ Puccia opens up his personal “stash,” a hand-picked selection of his favorite, newest and most exciting wines at Steadfire Chophouse.

This isn’t your standard by-the-glass list. Many of these bottles are higher-end selections that guests may be curious about but not quite ready to commit to for a full bottle. AJ makes them accessible, pouring them by the glass and offering thoughtful pairing suggestions along the way. It’s an elevated but relaxed way to explore new varietals, ask questions and perhaps discover your next go-to wine. We love a Friday ritual that feels this refined.
