The Blue Collar Restaurant Group will be back this week after a short break, offering take out and delivery at all of their restaurants starting on Wednesday, April 22. Until then, you can try some of our favorite recipes that they have shared with us at home.

Raised in the land of casseroles and deep fried cheese curds, Sam Simma left rural Wisconsin for the mountains of Wyoming in summer 2012.
