Healthy Being’s Mint Chip Smoothie

1 smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup ice
- 1 half banana
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 2 tablespoons date syrup
- 1 tablespoon cacao nibs
- 2 drops mint oil (food grade) or a few leaves of fresh mint
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/4 avocado
- Mint leaves and cacao nibs, for garnish
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a Vitamix until smooth and top with garnish.
