Thai Me Up‘s Tom Kha Gai soup is the perfect end to a long day. This soup, packed full of vegetables and flavor is sure to satisfy any craving. We got this request via email from LK Matthews for the recipe, which the restaurant shared!

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup oyster mushrooms
- 2 kaffir lime leaves
- 1/4 stalk lemongrass, chopped
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 1/4 cup green cabbage, chopped
- 1/2 chicken breast, sliced thinly
- 1 ounce fish sauce
- 2 ounces lime juice
- 3 ounces coconut milk
- 3 ounces chicken stock
- red pepper flakes to taste
Instructions
- Thai Me Up cooks each soup to order so proportions are for one bowl.
- Add all the ingredients to a pot over medium high heat.
- Cook until flavors have combined and the chicken is cooked through.
