And if you’re looking for a new statement piece for your home- a chair, pillow, dining room table, or lamp, at an affordable price, shop Catch & Release from the comfort of your own home.

Most people hate moving, I love it. I find great satisfaction in transforming a house into a home. I believe every detail that goes into this transformation, from the kitchen to a closet, should be executed with care.

We asked the professional organizer and relocation management specialist where some of her favorite food and beverages can be found around town.

What is your favorite restaurant to dine-out in Jackson?

The Snake River Grill. It’s such a lovely experience. The food is great, the service is fantastic and they have decent size wine pours, which I really appreciate.

What is your favorite specialty cocktail, or favorite beverage in town?

The Spicy Margarita at Hatch Taqueria and Tequilas. It’s so good with the fresh squeezed juice and Tanteo jalapeño tequila.

What restaurants have been your go-to since COVID-19 for take-out?

Also, Hatch! They have this really great deal for family style take-out. We often order the chicken enchiladas or the taco platter. I also really like the seared Yellowfin tuna tacos and the stuffed eggplant. We mix it up.

We live in such a health conscious town and Hatch has really great vegetarian options too. Their veggie tacos are so good. When I eat at Hatch, I feel good after. They use non GMO tortillas and fresh ingredients.

What is your favorite spot for lunch and dinner?

Last summer I loved King Sushi for lunch. You could order sushi and tacos and eat on the deck. It was delicious. And the tuna poke bowl from Streetfood @ The Stagecoach is so good. Can you tell I like sushi and Mexican food?

Food and Fitness come hand in hand for this Central New York native. Coaching fitness is a first passion, but exploring new restaurants, sampling seasonal dishes and tasting fresh new flavors is a very, very close second. I love food and sharing a good meal with friends can be a highlight to any day.
