With the season winding down, there is still time to stock up. Here is a good dressing recipe to try with your veggies.
With the last couple of weeks ahead of us to hit up one of the farmers markets in Jackson Hole, it is now or never. Well, not really – there will still be farm stands, fall farm sales and more this fall. But be sure to make it to the People’s Market (Wednesdays from 4-7 p.m. at the Center for the Arts through Sept. 25) and the Jackson Hole Farmers Market (Saturdays from 8 a.m.-12 p.m. on the Town Square through Sept. 28) at least one more time!
Grab some green goodies and a goat cheese from Winter Winds Farms and make this delicious salad dressing recipe:
Ingredients
- 1, 5 ounce goat cheese from Winter Winds Farm, crumbled
- 1 tablespoon garlic chili crunch (condiment)
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2/3 cup white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a mason jar and shake vigorously until combined.
