People who say there is no difference in taste between organic and non-organic food clearly have never tasted an organic cucumber. My favorite summer vegetable is peaking currently, and I have made this dish just about every other day. Cucumber is packed with water content, thus helping you hit your daily hydration goals. This recipe is simple, takes 1 minute to prepare, and can be paired with many main dishes. This salad serves 2.
Ingredients
- 1 organic cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon low sodium soy sauce
- 4-5 drops sesame oil
- Black sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon Cilantro, finely chopped
