Celebrating the 4th of July in Jackson Hole is truly unique and filled with fun. It’s a distinctive balance of western/small town charm, with plenty of celebratory flair. Enjoy great food, spectacular music and a whole lot more.
Here’s a quick peek at all of the Jackson Hole 4th of July festivities you won’t want to miss:

Lions Club Street Breakfast
Start your day with the local Lions Club at their 4th of July Street Breakfast on the Town Square. From 8-10 a.m. (before the parade), tuck into a stack of steaming pancakes, eggs and sausage as you share a cup of coffee with locals and visitors alike. Kids under 4 are free, ages 4 to 7 are $7 and 8 and older are $15.
4th of July Parade
At 10 a.m. the parade begins! Tracing a route from the fairgrounds to the Town Square, the procession includes the American Legion Color Guard, Rodeo Royalty, cowboys, local emergency services, and more. It’s an iconic Independence Day experience in Jackson Hole, and especially unforgettable for kids.
Patriotic Pops at the Center for the Arts
Beginning at 7 p.m., the Grand Teton Music Festival Orchestra will perform patriotic favorites on the lawn of the Center for the Arts. Vocalist Capathia Jenkins returns to join the orchestra for this family-friendly event, showcasing the beloved the music of Leonard Bernstein in a musical 4th of July celebration.
Come early to picnic and for a special children’s program led by the festival’s Stoner Family Education Curator Meaghan Heinrich beginning at 6 p.m. Reserved seating is currently sold out (though you can sign up for the waitlist here), or enjoy lawn seating for free. (Bring your own chair!)

Snow King Celebrations
Head to the base of Snow King Mountain to enjoy food and drinks along with music by local band Hot Pocket beginning at 7:30 p.m. Be sure to stick around for the iconic 10 p.m. fireworks!
4th of July in Teton Village
If you’re looking to celebrate the 4th of July in Teton Village, there’s plenty of fun to be had. In fact, the celebration begins on July 3rd at 6 p.m. with a free Concert on the Commons performance by Yachtley Crew: a seven-piece band showcasing Yacht Rock-style music. In the same time and place on the 4th, The Nth Power will take the stage and play their funky, soulful music with roots in the legendary New Orleans jazz scene. Teton Village eateries offer a variety of food and drink options for these family-friendly events.
Both nights — July 3rd and 4th — enjoy the breathtaking fireworks show to end the night at 10 p.m. Truly an unforgettable way to celebrate the 4th of July!
