Back by popular demand, StillWest brings back Southern Style Sunday Brunch.
If you have been in Jackson for any amount of time, StillWest Brewery & Grill is likely one of the restaurants on your regular rotation. Known for their well crafted beers, tasty menu, friendly service and great views of Snow King, this restaurant has a lot going for it. Now they are bringing back Sunday Brunch! Every Sunday they will be serving up a southern style brunch menu from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Nestled at the base of Snow King Mountain and an easy walk from Town Square, StillWest is an obvious choice for apres ski. Their dinner is a go-to spot for locals and visitors alike, and now their biscuits and gravy is back on Sundays. This is not their first go at serving brunch, but complications from Covid made the brunch difficult to continue, so the service was placed on pause since 2020.
The brunch menu includes classic items like eggs Benedict and buttermilk pancakes, but like many things on their menus, they don’t stop there. They add that extra flair with southern style menu items like the Bama sandwich which features thick cut fried bologna, fried egg, bread and butter pickles and American cheese, served with breakfast potatoes. Or try the southern eggs Benedict with fried tomatoes, steak, poached eggs and hollandaise sauce, served on a biscuit!
While the menu was born from the idea of southern style, they do pay homage to the wild west with items like a smoked bison sausage bowl topped with a fried egg. Of course, they are serving some classic StillWest items like the burger and wings. While they maybe better known for their in house craft beer, Sunday brunch includes blood orange mimosas and bloody marys.
