Suda SNACKS, a more informal, upstairs accompaniment to the downstairs dining room, hopes to be your new favorite aprés ski spot on the square.

The restaurant is now open in a revamped upstairs space. With an approachable menu, a dedicated bar and a roster of fun events for the winter, this great little escape off the Town Square is sure to become an aprés hit with locals and visitors alike.

The goal is to offer people a cozy spot just off the town square, with comfort food and great cocktails, as well as weekly karaoke nights on Tuesdays. While the menu upstairs may not be as extensive as that of the sushi and grill downstairs, there is no lack of flavor of assortment. Start with the crispy rock shrimp and finish up your meal with one of their Sandos or the miso ramen.

Their cocktail program, developed by long time local bar guru Jenn Roufs, is equally as impressive. Featuring a rotating cocktail of the month, dubbed The Chu-Hai, and highlighting a variety of sprits, is sure to impress even the most seasoned cocktail enthusiast. The thought and detail put into each drink is easily apparent, and they have enough variety to cater to everyones tastes.
As the folks over there say “we want to welcome you to a family room, but where you don’t have to make your own food”.
