Energy gels and chews are a great way to replenish the carbohydrate stores in your muscles while ski touring. However, if you are spending long days in the park or on the pass, your body is going to crave some real food. While sandwiches and larger items can leave you feeling full and lethargic, homemade energy bites are the perfect snack to fuel your adventure. Below you will find some of my favorite recipes, perfect for any expedition!
