Michelin star chef Roberto Cerea to headline a weekend of events at Taste of Luxury April 8-10.

Next weekend the resort is hosting its inaugural Taste Of Luxury weekend April 8, 9 and 10, in collaboration with DAOU Vineyards and partnership with Forever Gourmet and KJUS. Events will feature 3-Star Michelin chef Roberto Cerea.
The exclusive weekend begins with a book signing and meet and greet with the Italian chef on Friday, April 8 from 7 to 10 p.m., continues with an intimate cooking class on Saturday from noon to 3 p.m. (sold out), followed by an eight-course dinner on April 9 from 6:30 to 11:00 p.m., and will finish with the Finale Brunch on Sunday, April 10 from 11 a.m. to 2:00 pm.

Meet And Greet And Book Signing With Chef Roberto Cerea
Chef Roberto Cerea was raised in Bergamo, just outside of Milan, by parents Vittorio and Bruna, who’s family restaurant earned its first Michelin star in 1978 and then its second in 1996. When Cerea took the helm after his training, he led the family business to earn its third star, the highest honor possible through the renowned organization.
The evening’s festivities will take place in Deer Valley’s Silver Lake Lodge, and will include a reception with hors d’oevres and fine wines, followed by a sumptuous three-course dinner. The event fee is $350.00 per guest, and includes a signed cookbook and a special gift from KJUS.

Eight-Course Dinner
Experience a magical eight-course dinner prepared by Cerea at Deer Valley’s Empire Canyon Lodge. The exclusive meal will showcase treasured locally-sourced ingredients from Utah. Neb Lukic from DAOU Family Estates will be present to provide expertly selected wine pairings – there may even be a few bottles not usually released to the public! Tickets are $980 per guest and will include DAOU premium wine pairings, a gift from DAOU Family Estates and KJUS Sk gear.
Finale Brunch With Chef Roberto Cerea
On Sunday, April 10 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. chef Cerea and Neb Lukic, as well as the Deer Valley culinary team, will host an indulgent brunch to wrap up the weekend’s experiences at Silver Lake Lodge. The $300 ticket to the final event will include a special gift from DAOU Family Estates, as well as gear from KJUS.
