Streetfood’s Habanero Hot Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 pound habaneros, stems removed
- 4 large carrots, peeled and diced
- 2 medium onions, diced
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 1/2 gallons distilled vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Bring all ingredients to a boil in a saucepan.
- Cook until veggies are tender.
- Remove from heat and let cool.
- Puree and season to taste.
