Check out some new dishes from this old favorite.
If there’s one place that defines a “Jackson classic,” it’s Nora’s Fish Creek Inn. Beloved by locals and visitors alike, this Wilson landmark has been serving up hearty breakfasts and down-home comfort food for decades. Nora’s is the kind of spot where coffee mugs and Bloody Mary glasses never stay empty, and the vibe feels like Sunday morning every day of the week.
But even a local legend likes to mix things up now and then! Nora’s recently rolled out a few fresh breakfast menu additions, giving regulars something new to rave about while keeping all the nostalgic favorites that make it a must-stop in the valley. Here is the scoop on what is new:
The omelet section just got an upgrade with three new omelet additions!
- Ranchero Verde – chorizo, mozzarella, green salsa
- The Woodsman – bacon, cheddar, mushroom
- The Garden Belle – tomato, goat cheese, arugula salad
Don’t worry their classic Denver omelet is on the menu to stay and omelet enthusiasts can still build their own creation with all the fillings you can desire.

Also new to the menu is the “Ronnie Mcskiddle,” a play on the classic Mc Donalds Mcgriddle. To build your personalized Ronnie Mcskiddle, choose between a buttermilk pancake or Nora’s famous banana bread or French toast as your sandwich’s base. In the middle, get scrambled eggs with cheese, and your choice of bacon or a sausage patty. Nora’s General Manager, Delaney McGinnis states, “This sandwich is meant to represent our ski skid life culture, providing a fun option for those who categorize themselves as someone who lives the “skid life.” Also, Nora’s head chef’s best friend’s dog is named Ronnie, so the name is an homage to that pup as well.

Another new accouterment to the menu is a huckleberry sauce that diners can add to anything and everything. The sauce is perfect for elevating your classic like fruit-filled pancakes. Or be like McGinnis’s kid and add it to French Toast for a sweet-and-savory breakfast treat.
The kitchen staff is currently workshopping new lunch items as well, so be on the lookout for those menu additions. Nora’s is taking a break from serving dinner from 11/3-11/30, and will be ready for some fresh new dinner menu items when they reopen for night service for the winter season.
