Slow Foods Offers Six Weeks of Free Online Classes

Learn knife skills, slow cocktails, garden recipes and more.

With summer harvests in full swing, it is always fun to learn new ways to use your goodies. Slow Foods in the Tetons is offering six new classes over the next month that will help you earn new skills and find creative ways to work with local foods.

Every Tuesday until September 14th, you can log onto Slow Food’s website and check out a new video demonstration. Topics range from preserving lemons, to cooking from your garden to slow foods cocktails. The organization has partnered with local experts such as New West KnifeWorks, Jackson Hole Still Works and Farmstead to feature their curated skills.

If you miss a week, don’t worry, the instructional videos can be found online after the classes are published. A full line up of the classes is listed here:
