Sidecar Wilson (located inside Basecamp) is a result of culinary passion, community spirit and a dash of impulse that has led to the Wilson’s newest eatery replacing Rations. Tim, a seasoned sous chef, alongside his wife Diana, took the reins in May, following a shared history at the restaurant and a connection with fellow prep cook, Hector. The restaurant, offers fresh fruit sloshies, homemade counter service and grab-and-go breakfast and lunch options.

Sidecar Wilson is the perfect alignment of location and partnership, catering to breakfast commuters and the working lunch crowd. The duo’s vision was clear: to offer delicious, homemade food that’s both affordable, timely and satisfying.

Sidecar quickly gained a following with their fresh fruit sloshies – quenching summer thirsts with creative recipes. One of the most popular is their Cantaloupe Cooler.  There are also two alcohol-free frozen drink options – a Mocha Freeze and a Mango Yogurt Freeze so there are options for the whole fam! Sidecar’s menu expanded to include hot grab-and-go breakfasts, cold sandwiches, and an array of mouthwatering lunch options – from Italian subs to fried chicken to the fan favorite burger. Their commitment to quality is evident in every detail, right down to the hand-patted burgers and daily made burritos.

The most rewarding aspect of the transformation? Tim sums it up perfectly: “It’s about forging connections, providing jobs and becoming part of the town’s fabric. Sidecar’s dedication to staying open throughout the year, supporting locals, and offering something for everyone resonates deeply.”
