Wyoming Whiskey, crafted in diminutive Kirby, WY, isn’t just dedicated to making exceptional spirits. They’re also committed to giving back to the rugged, untamed landscape that has inspired them over the years, and making sure that it’s protected indefinitely.
A special constellation of their spirits celebrate their relationship to the crown jewels of the Wyoming ecosystem: Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks. Through partnerships with nonprofit organizations such as the Grand Teton National Park Association and Yellowstone Forever, a portion of the company’s profits on these distinctive whiskeys go directly to stewardship of wild places.

Wyoming Whiskey co-founder David DeFazio said, “National Parks No. 4 Straight Bourbon Whiskey has been crafted from barrels specifically selected to continue the distinctive flavor profile of our National Parks Series, celebrating the adventurous spirit of these treasured wide-open spaces… I’m excited to share these new releases with our loyal Wyoming Whiskey fans and supporters of Yellowstone National Park.”
Wyoming Whiskey’s Latest Yellowstone Release
The fourth and latest installment in the Yellowstone series has recently been released: a unique, sophisticated blend that honors the iconic Mammoth Hot Springs. These stunning collectible bottles feature the photography of F. Jay Haynes, one of the earliest artists to capture the remarkable icons of the nation’s first national park.
But the beautiful label is far from the only noteworthy feature of Wyoming Whiskey’s latest installment in the series. The straight bourbon whiskey, as expected, is superb. It’s a one-of-a-kind blend of more than 70 meticulously-chosen barrels pulled from various areas of the Wyoming Whiskey warehouse.

Smooth and compelling, it delivers layers of crème caramel and candied ginger, leading into a honeysuckle finish with lingering notes of dark chocolate and espresso. Perfect for sipping around an autumn campfire on a brisk mountain evening, it’s flawless to enjoy straight or mixed into your favorite cocktail.
