Each order includes six pastries, spices and sweeteners, and instructions on how to proof the dough, bake, egg wash and decorate the final product. These delicate treats need 24 hours of your attention from proofing to plate, in order to live up to their full potential. It all begins by letting them rest in the fridge overnight and it ends with a proper egg wash, the reason that viennoiserie always has that perfect shine.
The cinnamon brioche you toss in cinnamon and sugar. The cookies you sprinkle with sea salt. There are also a lot of ways that you can have fun with it and make them all your own.
