Time to Embrace the Cold

As temperatures drop and snow decorates the Town Square, there’s still nothing like ice cream on a winter day. It may sound counterintuitive to eat ice cream while it’s snowing, but if you haven’t tried it, it’s one of the best sweets to celebrate the season change.

Unlike past years, Häagen-Dazs on the Town Square is staying open for the off-season and they’re keeping their seasonal favorite, peppermint bark, around as well.

The peppermint bark is both creamy and refreshing. The incredibly rich cream mixed with the freshness of peppermint makes for the perfect winter treat. According to the owner, Kristin Shean, the peppermint bark can also be ordered as a milkshake or a dazzler.

“It’s ice cream served in the cup layered. So, the peppermint bark dazzler is hot fudge with Oreos layered in a cup and topped with whipped cream.”

-Kristin Shean

In addition to their special winter flavor, Shean said they’re now accepting orders on UberEats and through their website for people who want an instant ice cream fix.
