New pop-up tasting room on the square is open.
New West KnifeWorks has been creating the finest quality knives, serving chefs and home cooks for the last 25 years. What better way to celebrate than by popping bottles… literally. The have teamed up with the popular Jackson Hole Winery to open a pop-up tasting room in the Town Square. Now through the end of August, enjoy a wine tasting or order by the glass while perusing the shop. No reservations are required, just swing by Thursdays through Saturdays between noon and 8 p.m. for a nip and a knife!

Located on the corner of E Deloney and Center Street, the New West KnifeWorks store has been a popular shop to locals and tourist alike. Now it’s also the perfect in-town spot to come enjoy some fine wines. Choose to hang in the tasting room inside, or soak up the mountain air and enjoy your wine al fresco.

Wines by the glass will range from $10 to $16 or a tasting flight is $30. Jackson Hole Winery will be serving up some of their classics including their viognier, zinfandel, pinot noir, chardonnay and everyone’s summertime favorite, rosé. In a few weeks you’ll find newer releases like the Rendezvous Red and The Outlaw and The Sheriff Cab.

Corey Milligan, Founder and CEO of New West KnifeWorks, imagines this to be the perfect spot for “a rosé on a hot day.” Stop by before dinner or hang out afterward! Milligan notes this collaboration seemed like a no-brainer since both companies are centered around food and drink and both are made in the Tetons. What better way to bring the community together!
Wine and food is the classic pairing, but drinking and shopping is a close second. Saunter to Town Square and grab a glass and maybe pick up a New West Knife to add to your collection!
