As the snow stacks up and the valley lights put on a show, guests can once again ascend to 9,095 feet aboard the Bridger Gondola for a dining adventure perched high above Teton Village. Meet Piste’s New Executive Chef: Fernando Mendez
This season Piste welcomes Executive Chef Fernando Mendez, whose global culinary career includes celebrated stints at Four Seasons properties around the world and high-profile hospitality groups in the Middle East. Most recently, he spearheaded several restaurant openings in New Orleans, earning praise for his creative, internationally inspired cooking.
Mendez brings that same global perspective to Jackson, weaving together seasonal mountain ingredients, bold flavors and thoughtful presentations for an unforgettable dining experience, both day and night. Piste is still serving lunch this ski season!
