Introducing Steadfire Chophouse at Four Seasons Jackson Hole

Wyoming’s distinctive spirit is central at the new Steadfire Chophouse at Four Seasons Resort Jackson Hole. The finest meat, fish, game and vegetables are prepared by flame, primarily sustainably sourced from local ranchers and farmers. Grilled, roasted and smoked dishes anchor a menu that equally highlights lighter fare, heirloom breads and pastries, along with a classic raw bar.

Complementing the food menu is a robust American wine list, craft cocktails and a whiskey for every occasion. Outside of daily breakfast and dinner service, Steadfire is offering a Shaken and Shucked special on Wednesday nights and a Thursday evening roast special. Menus are linked below with service hours.

Daily Breakfast

From 7-11 a.m., guests are invited to start the day with a rich breakfast menu that balances indulgence and alpine freshness. Steadfire features a buffet option alongside à la carte selections: think old-world comfort meets mountain flair with dishes such as smoked salmon toast, steel-cut oatmeal, buttermilk pancakes (with bourbon-bacon maple syrup as a memorable twist), and hearty organic egg entrées. Fresh fruit, grains, coffees, juices and specialty beverages round out the offerings. Whether you have early adventure plans or prefer a relaxed morning, the atmosphere is refined, warm, and deeply rooted in Jackson Hole’s rugged beauty and culinary heritage.

Shaken and Shucked

On Wednesday evenings, head to Steadfire for their Shaken and Shucked special featuring freshly shucked oysters at $2 per oyster and a choice of signature freezer martinis offered for $14 each. The Shaken and Shucked menu is available from 6-9:30 p.m. every Wednesday. When you’re craving something salty mid-week, Steadfire’s Shaken and Shucked will satisfy.

Thursday Night Roast

Every Thursday evening, guests can enjoy wagyu tallow-roasted prime rib, served with truffle au jus, horseradish cream, and signature side dishes, all at a special price. Pair your roast with a tableside specialty old fashioned for extra credit.
