Four Seasons Jackson Hole is offering many news reasons to head to Teton Village this summer. From a new Latin-influenced menu for lunch at the Westbank Grill, to weekend barbecues and a rosé garden by the pool, there are more than a few spots at the resort to put on your must-try list.
Start with lunch at the Westbank Grill. The Mexican-born Executive Sous Chef, Dago Alvarez, lived in many areas of the country growing up, and brings a global perspective (and a couple of family recipes) to the Latin-style menu. Think homemade tortillas stuffed with wagyu, a chorizo grilled cheese torta and grilled salmon with a perfectly crisp chili relleno. Even the pottery the meals are served on are hand painted and come from the country influencing the creative menu.

While The Handle Bar isn’t open this season, outside the slope side restaurant you will find a fun barbecue on the weekends all summer. Starting this Friday, check out what the resort is calling Smoke, on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 5:30-8:30 p.m. Traditional smoked and grilled meats and seafood will accompany your favorite sides, like hush puppies and baked beans. Peel-and-eat shrimp and bison ribs will keep you coming back for more. Live music completes this lively outdoor dining option.
And if you want to soak in a bit of sun and rosé all day, look for news about a new rosé garden by the Four Seasons’ pool. Sip a selection of plenty of pink options and snacks with cool views of the pool.
