Summer is here, and there is no better place to gather with friends after a pass lap or a float down the river than Streetfood at the Stagecoach Bar in Wilson. Serving up some of the most popular Mexican-influenced style dishes in Jackson Hole, Streetfood has even more to choose from this season with the launch of a new summer menu.
The fish and chips is a whole fried snapper served with house cut french fries and Baja tartar sauce. Or sink your teeth into the Japanese fried chicken katsu sandwich, with a yuzu kewpie mayonnaise and cabbage slaw pile high on a brioche bun. This dish not only sticks to the “Streetfood style,” but also fills the void on the menu for a good fried chicken sandwich.
We are adding in the fish and chips, which is completely taken from our travels to Mexico. Almost everything we do is influenced by our travels. We hate doing anything that is expected, or that you see on every menu. We love taking dishes, making it fresh and giving people a new spin on things.

Other new additions include the comeback of the BLT caesar, made with bacon, romaine, tomatoes, buttery croutons, and zesty caesar dressing. It was an outcry from Streetfood regulars that convinced the owners to bring this popular salad back.
The hard thing with Streetfood is that we can’t take things off the menu, because everyone has their favorites.

The last big change, something that Streetfood co-owner Amelia Hatchard has wanted to add to the menu for a long time now, is a vegan burrito. Da Vegan Burrito comes filled with Spanish rice, black beans, roasted corn, poblano peppers, guacamole, lettuce and tomato. And look for the Mexican bowl, made with Streetfood’s homemade Spanish rice, corn, peas, black beans, chicken tinga and guacamole. This dish is overflowing with a combination of Streetfood‘s delicious house-made flavors.
Streetfood is open Mondays from 2-9 p.m. and Tuesday through Sunday 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
