Ingredients
- 1/3 cup organic pumpkin puree
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup water

Instructions
- In a saucepan, simmer pumpkin puree, brown sugar and water until the mixture is smooth, about five minutes.
- Strain this mixture through a fine mesh strainer or chinois. Dispose of the pumpkin flesh that gets caught in the strainer. Pour the mixture back into the saucepan.
- Add the sweetened condensed milk, pumpkin spice and vanilla extract to the saucepan and bring to a simmer. Gently whisk to get rid of any clumps. Once the mixture is completely smooth (about five minutes) it is done! Store refrigerated in a sealed container.
