The Mural Room at Jackson Lake Lodge
The Mural Room at Jackson Lake Lodge offers sweeping views of the Teton Range from every table, complemented by the Rendezvous Murals—ten panels painted by late 20th-century American artist Carl Roters that vividly depict the 1837 Rendezvous, an annual gathering of fur trappers and traders of the early West. Guests can savor hearty Rocky Mountain cuisine made with regionally sourced ingredients, including local beef, wild game, and sustainable seafood prepared in the on-site butcher shop, alongside scratch-made breads and pastries from the in-house bakery and organic produce from nearby farms. The Mural Room is also known for its impressive breakfast buffet, featuring made-to-order omelets, country sausage, smoked bacon, fresh fruit and berries, a wide assortment of house-made pastries, and more, served daily from 7:00–9:30am. For lunch, the menu includes fresh salads, rustic sandwiches and wraps, and lighter fare, available from 11:30am–1:30pm. At dinner, guests can savor entrées such as local game and fish, wild-caught salmon, and pasture-raised beef—all prepared fresh in the on-site butcher shop and paired with warm bread from the bakery—served from 5:00–9:00pm. The restaurant is open May 16 (5:30 PM) through October 5, 2025.
