Ballots In, Pinkies Up! Try Teton Teas’ EqualiTEA.

One hundred fifty years ago, Wyoming recognized women’s rights to vote. Now, it’s time to raise your pinky and sip some EqualiTEA as we prepare for election day on Tuesday. Teton Teas launched EqualiTEA this summer to honor the centuries worth of milestones that women have made here in Jackson and beyond.

According to owner and tea master, Rebecca Sgouros, the tea blend is a raspberry-rose earl grey that blends fruity, floral and creamy flavors together. It was made in a partnership with the board of county commissioners’ chairwoman Natalia Macker and the tea has a deeper meaning behind its ingredients.

“We decided to put the rose and there’s actually also sunflower blossoms into the tea because both of those were symbols of the early women’s suffrage movement, which I thought was really fitting for the blend.”

For Sgouros, creating her teas with high quality, sustainably sourced ingredients is her top priority. Teton Teas is part of a larger tea company, Tea Hive, that offers a tea subscription box, bringing three new tea flavors from across the globe every month to people’s doors.
