Since last summer, Code Red on the Town Square has become a local’s favorite for high quality, authentic Mexican cuisine. Their goal: to serve fun, funky and delicious food as quickly (or not) as guests can enjoy.

This winter season they have expanded their menu to include four different kinds of pozole, eight types of tacos, rice bowls and even more burritos. All of their food is made by hand in an authentic way, even the tortillas are made from scratch.
Our favorite Code Red dish for winter: pozole. Pozole is a traditional Mexican soup/stew featuring hominy and meat, garnished with iceberg lettuce, radishes, onions, avocado and a toasted corn toastada. This dish is not to be missed, especially on cold winter days.

Whether you’re finishing up skiing at the King or shopping on the square, check out Code Red’s mid-day happy hour. Every day from 3 to 5 p.m., enjoy half-off drinks and chips with dips. Even the margarita pitchers are half off!
More in the mood for tequila? On January 25 at 6 p.m Code Red will hosting a tequila pairing dinner. Tickets start at $95 for this special meal and tasting.
Code Red is open daily from 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.
