Dip Your Chips

Find some of our Jackson Hole favorite chip and dip combinations!

Chips and dips maybe one of our favorite food groups, and Jackson has no short supply of amazing bowls to dive into. You can’t go wrong with a tasty queso, artichoke and spinach dip, or even some more “out there” dips like a homemade smoked trout. Below we have selected some of our favorites throughout town!

Spinach Dip at the Silver Dollar Bar and Grill

This classic spinach dip at the Silver Dollar Bar and Grill is made with jalapenos, parmesan and cream cheese, then served with warm pitas. On a cold winter day this dip is what dreams are made of.

El Abuelito’s Salsa and Chips

abuelito slaw

Just a few blocks from the town square is El Abuelito and their delicious salsas. Their traditional red salsa can be spicy but we wish they sold it by the jar. Paired with their thick cabbage salsa, the right mix of salty and crunchy, this is the perfect pre-dinner appetizer.

Queso Fundido at Hatch

Hatch Queso

Hatch might make the perfect queso. Their secret: oaxacan cheese, roasted hatch chilies and pico de gallo. All of these flavors come together to create an insane queso.

Sidewinder’s Warm Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Sidewinder's Spinach Dip

Spinach and artichoke dip might be one of the best dips to exist and the one at Sidewinder’s is no exception. It combines parmesan cheese, crispy onions and your choice of flatbread or carrot/celery sticks.

Smoked Trout Dip at Snake River Brewing

Snake River Brewing Smoked Trout Dip

You cannot go wrong with this crazy twist on trout dip. This dip features applewood smoked Idaho trout, everything (like the bagel) seasoning, and freshly fried potato chips. Pair this with your favorite beer and you have an entire meal!

The Blue Lion’s Baked Goat Cheese

Baked Humboldt fog chèvre with huckleberries and warm pita? Yes please! This dish is perfect for any day at any time and it truly is a Blue Lion specialty.

Make sure to check all of these out and be sure to share your favorites as well!
