Vegan Holiday Eggnog

Jump to recipe

The holidays are upon us, and what better way to celebrate than with some seriously rich, comforting eggnog! Although most eggnog recipes contain lots of sugar and heavy cream, this version is a little different. It’s made with all vegan ingredients, like creamy coconut and almond milk, fresh spices and is naturally sweetened with maple syrup. Additionally, the process is quite simple, as it is all made in the blender! This vegan eggnog is a delicious and easy addition to any holiday party or enjoy it on your own in the glow of your Christmas tree. For a boozy version, feel free to stop by The Liquor Store and grab a nice bottle of bourbon. I recommend an ounce of bourbon for every eight ounces of eggnog. Top it off with homemade whipped cream, coconut cream or a sprinkle of cinnamon!
