Thirsty Thursday was sometimes the highlight of my week down at the University of Wyoming and while most of the time that meant $1 Jack and Cokes at the Buckhorn sometimes it meant making a delicious cocktail with my girlfriends and spending the night in watching Friends. Either way Thursday was meant for drinks. I decided to bring the thirsty tradition back and start making a new cocktail every Thursday with local products and have more of an “Adult Thirsty Thursday.” This recipe comes from The Rose and features Melvin Brewing’s IPA which you can find at Thai Me Up. It is quite delicious and might be my new go to punch for when I have my next holiday gathering. With the exception of Melvin’s IPA you can find the rest of your cocktail supplies at The Liquor Store.
