With my team playing the reigning Super Bowl champs this year, you would think I would be ecstatic for Sunday’s game. Sadly I’m not. Every year I stress for a week or two about what to serve for our annual Super Bowl party. After scrolling for some new recipes through cookbooks and Pinterest, I decided to reach out to some local friends for ideas. What I came to find out was I’ve been over thinking my Super Bowl menu for years. Almost every person I talked to makes a simple and delicious dip. So this year I’ve turned my Super Bowl feast into the Dip Bowl!
Bacon and Swiss dip is a favorite for Anne Bradley, marketing director at the Center for the Arts. This dip is super easy and quick to make. It’s best served hot, so save it as your last cooking project on Sunday.

Caroline Pembroke, store manager at Stio, has Rotel Dip as her go to Superbowl snack. I made this the other night for a few friends and it was devoured within an hour.
