If you’re looking for an unforgettable winter dining experience in Jackson Hole, this one belongs at the top of your list. On Saturday, Feb. 7, Piste Mountain Bistro, located in Rendezvous Lodge at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, is hosting an intimate Angel’s Envy Pairing Dinner, bringing together elevated alpine cuisine, expertly crafted whiskey, and one of the most stunning dining rooms in the Tetons.
The evening begins at 6 p.m. with arrival via the gondola, followed by a four-course, chef-driven pairing dinner at 6:30 p.m., thoughtfully curated by Executive Chef Fernando Mendez to highlight the complexity and character of Angel’s Envy whiskey. Known as the “House of Finished Whiskey,” Angel’s Envy has been redefining American whiskey since 2011 by finishing its spirits in carefully selected barrels, adding layers of depth, balance, and nuance to every sip.
Guests will enjoy pairings featuring:
- Angel’s Envy Bourbon: aged in charred oak and finished in Port wine barrels, offering notes of vanilla, raisin, maple syrup, toasted nuts and a smooth finish of ripe fruit and bittersweet chocolate.
- Angel’s Envy Rye: aged seven years and finished in Caribbean rum casks, with aromas of citrus, caramel, vanilla and spice, and a rich palate of sweet rum, sherry wood and soft oak.
All of this unfolds inside Piste Mountain Bistro, located at the top of the Bridger Gondola – an intimate alpine setting that makes the evening feel even more special. The gondola ride takes approximately 12–15 minutes and is not heated, so plan accordingly and wear your finest puffy for the ride up and down.
