Eric and Zarina Sakai, owners of The Phoenix and the Dragon, have rebranded their eatery as Utilete Fresh. The store now offers an assortment of health and fitness products along with their new meal plan.
The Utilete Fresh meal plan uses fresh local foods to create cohesive gluten-free and dairy-free meals ready to reheat whenever you want it. The menu is updated every month and you can choose between Tuesday and/or Friday for pick up. All meals have about five days of refrigerator life.

How to order:
- Choose between 4-12 dishes from the menu
- Add the dishes to your cart
- Choose your pickup day (Tuesday or Friday)
- Pickup at the store: 145 N. Glenwood St.
