Utilete Fresh Offers New Meal Plan

Eric and Zarina Sakai, owners of The Phoenix and the Dragon, have rebranded their eatery as Utilete Fresh. The store now offers an assortment of health and fitness products along with their new meal plan.

The Utilete Fresh meal plan uses fresh local foods to create cohesive gluten-free and dairy-free meals ready to reheat whenever you want it. The menu is updated every month and you can choose between Tuesday and/or Friday for pick up. All meals have about five days of refrigerator life.

How to order:

  1. Choose between 4-12 dishes from the menu
  2. Add the dishes to your cart
  3. Choose your pickup day (Tuesday or Friday)
  4. Pickup at the store: 145 N. Glenwood St.

A. Fresh Spinach Fettuccine with Lockhart Cattle Co. Beef and Mushroom Stroganoff (contains nuts and egg)

B. Russet Potato Gnocchi with Oven Roated Tomato “Cream”, Garlic, Braising Greens and Smoked Ricotta “Cheese” (vegan, contains nuts)

C. Island Style Smoked and Broiled Misoyaki Salmon with Steamed Sushi Rice, Seasonal Veggies and Furikake (contains fish and soy)

D. Southwest Roasted Chicken, Black Bean, Corn and Green Chili Bowl over Rice with Salsa Roja, Cheddar “Cheese” and Pico de Gallo (contains nuts)

E. Thai Yellow Curry Market Fish** Bowl with Seasonal Veggies, Steamed Jasmine Rice and Toasted Cashews (contains nuts and fish)

F. Canewater Farm Lettuces with Heirloom Tomatoes, Strawberries, Feta “Cheese”, Fried Shallots and Rosé Wine Vinaigrette (vegan, contains nuts)
