Three Reasons to Pull up a Seat at Jackson Hole’s Rendezvous Casual Dining

Grab a seat with a window view and choose from everything from pho to loaded burgers.

A comfy table above the Bridger Gondola, sweeping views of the Jackson Hole valley, and an array of hearty menu items and fresh fare; do we really need convincing to pull up a seat at the Rendezvous? Whether we’re catching first Tram on a powder day or ripping groomers on a quiet midweek morning, a midday pick me up at Rendezvous is always a highlight of the day.

Pro tip: sneak in just before noon or after 2 p.m. to avoid the lunch rush. You’re more likely to snag a window seat, the perfect spot to soak up the views and people watch while you dig into a burger or slurp some flavorful pho.

With a walk-up cafe including burgers, baked potatoes, rotating soups and custom pho bowls among the options, there is something to fuel everyone for returning to the slopes. Not to mention, a full service bar right by the window.

If you need a little inspiration for a slopeside meal, here are a few of our favorite Rendezvous lunches.

Bacon Burgers

Bacon? Fries? Yes please. A juicy burger is the perfect pick me up after a morning full of Thunder laps. When our legs are feeling tired we go for all the toppings (bring on the bacon), but some days we keep it simple with lettuce, tomato, onion and cheese. But don’t forget the fries!

Loaded Baked Potatoes

Butter, green onions, bacon, cheese, sour cream; baked potatoes are one of life’s simplest pleasures. Load it up with all the fixings, or keep it simple – the choice is yours. Baked potatoes are often our go-to for a quick lunches, easy to share with a friend if you want to keep it lighter.

Pho Bowls

Storm day skiing is always made better with a steaming bowl of pho midday. Choose between rice or ramen noodles, chicken, beef, or tofu, and a variety of bean sprouts, cilantro and vegetables. Sriracha, hoisin sauce, and crushed peanuts add the perfect level of spice and crunch to finish it off.

Lunch at Rendezvous is available from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily.
