Fat N Handsome Doughnuts Available Around Town

Find them at Bodega, Basecamp and Southcable Cafe, in addition to the winter farmers markets.

A new doughnut company is starting to pop up all over the valley. Fat N Handsome is the side hustle of Tony Callies and Sarah Zediker in Driggs, Idaho. What started out as a pasta business last year, has now flourished as a doughnut bakery.

The giant donuts are currently available for $6.99 at Bodega in Teton Village, being delivered three days a week. So make sure to get in there on a Monday, Thursday or Saturday to get them fresh. They are also available at Southcable Cafe under the tram in Teton Village, at Basecamp in Wilson, and Callies is excited to announce that they are newly available at Cowboy Coffee.

The giant, square donuts made by Fat N Handsome are now available at more spots around town.

The current flavors that can be found around town are chocolate pistachio, maple glaze with bacon, blueberry white chocolate basil, Plain Jane (just glaze), Cereal Killer (classic glaze with Captain Crunch berries on top) and Homey Sampson, an ode to Homer Simpson with strawberry glaze and sprinkles.

Callies has been a chef in the area for years, and at least five of those years have been dedicated solely to pastry. He does pastry work with the Fine Dining restaurant group for his full-time job. He enjoys creating food so much that he decided to open Fat N Handsome in March of 2021. He experimented with doughnuts and soon realized that was what he wanted his focus to be. The dough is mixed by hand in Callies’ shop in Driggs and the square donuts are delivered to stores and cafes across the area.

Fat N Handsome has a booth at the winter farmers markets and they plan to be present at this summer’s farmers markets and People’s Markets. Fat N Handsome also offers special orders for private gatherings. Catering orders will run $60 for a dozen of the huge doughnuts.
