Hopefully by now you have survived your New Year’s Eve hangover and are ready to take on the new year. We want to continue our Thirsty Thursday columns, but we know you might want to give your liver a break. We’ve got a great recipe for a non-alcoholic pear sage rickey that is sure to impress. Serve this up with some some fresh buffalo from JH Buffalo Meat Company and you’ve got a delicious dinner.
Ingredients
- 3 ounces Perfect Puree of Napa Valley pear puree
- 1 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1/4 ounce maple syrup
- Soda water
Instructions
- Shake ingredients (except for soda water) very well with ice and strain over ice into a highball glass. Top off with the soda water and stir briefly.
