Fine Dining Group Brings Exclusive Wine to Jackson

There are a lot of exclusive things that people travel to Jackson Hole to enjoy. We have the majestic Tetons, the first national park, a world famous geyser, the best bison burgers, and now we are the only place in the United States where you can sip on Don Cosimo wines. Next week the Fine Dining Group will be the only restaurants to feature Don Cosimo wines in the country.

Don Cosimo wines comes from a family in Italy, and the grapes from a farm in the heart of the best land for Sicilian wines. The family is able to reserve wines from local producers and have branded and imported these wines. There is currently a Don Cosimo wine available on the wines by the glass list at Bin22. More wines will be arriving at all the Fine Dining restaurants in the next week. The wines that the Fine Dining Group has brought in are wines from the 2014 vintage and are all indigenous Sicilian varietals; Nero d’Avola (the major varietal that comes from Sicily), the Gillo, Sparkling Grillo, and Catarratto. Don Cosimo also has an olive oil from the same area. The Bona Furtuna olive oil is a great finishing oil and is currently available at Bin22 and Bodega.

Mollie Flaherty

Mollie is a native Cape Codder who learned at an early age how to put a lobster to sleep, harvest cranberries, and dig for clams. After high school she followed her sense of adventure out west to the University of Wyoming where she graduated with marketing and communication degrees. She found herself making roots in Jackson, her fiance’s hometown, and using her sales skills combined with her love of anything delicious to join the Dishing sales team. She loves baking from scratch, large glasses of red wine, and hiking with her heeler, Newton. She’ll try anything, but remains a stuck up Cape Codder when it comes to seafood. If she didn’t catch it or see it come off the boat, don’t even try tempting her.
