The Pinsetter Offers New Menu That’s Right Up Your Alley

Hole Bowl‘s restaurant The Pinsetter launched not one, but two new menus for hungry tummies at all hours of the night. Their new executive chef, Rhac Chaltain, a former sous chef at the Amangani and Teton Springs, wanted to bring more to the table at the Pinsetter.

“I just tried to give the food a little facelift compared to what it was. I’ve had fine dining experience for a while so, I’ve kind of just elevated the bar food a little bit with more ingredients and a little more love.”

According to general manager Amy Hatfield, she often gets calls late at night from people who can’t find a place for a late-night bite, and she wanted to expand the menu they had. That’s why The Pinsetter now has a daily menu until 9 p.m. and a Hole Bowl After Dark menu that runs until midnight.

“I felt like there weren’t enough options for people and I really wanted to bring The Pinsetter into the game. So, I told our new chef that we needed to revamp the menu so there were options.”

Out of all the new menu items offered, Hatfield said her favorite dish is Amy’s Alfredo – not so coincidentally named after her. The pasta is topped with deliciously moist chicken breasts, zucchini, squash, mushrooms and their house-made Alfredo sauce.

One of Chaltain’s favorite starters is their Pinsetter House Dip – a four cheese blend, chorizo, fire-roasted corn, poblano pepper, jalapeño, onion, served with deep fried pita chips. This warm and rich dish is sure to satisfy all your late night cravings.
