I could spend way too much time perusing the shelves of Vom Fass. So it’s always a treat when I open my inbox, and owner Kim Weiss has sent out a slew of seasonal recipes from her own kitchen.
Weiss, who has expanded and opened stores in Sedona and most recently Las Vegas, sent this great and easy cocktail made from products found in her shops. Ingredients
- 3 ouncs sparkling water
- 1 ounce Vom Fass Sour Cherry Vodka
- 1/2 ounce Waldburg Balsam Star Plum
Instructions
- In a tall glass with ice, add the sour Cherry vodka and the star plum vinegar. Top with sparkling water and stir.
