Streetfood Food Truck to Serve Both Sides of Teton Pass

It’s official Streetfood @ The Stagecoach will be serving local favorites on both sides of Teton Pass this summer! Be on the lookout for Streetfood‘s new food truck every Tuesday and Wednesday at Grand Teton Brewing and every Thursday at Music On Main in Victor, Idaho. The food truck will make its debut this week at the Teton Valley Foundation’s Kotler Ice Arena, in Victor, on March 19 and 20.

We’re almost going backwards, starting Streetfood as a restaurant and now moving on to a food truck. The food truck will be back and forth between Victor and Jackson, offering custom menus for catering and other events.

Continuing the global theme of the Streetfood menu, the food truck will serve favorites like tacos, gyros, rice bowls, Korean spring rolls, beef bulgogi, and non-alcoholic beverages including Mexican Horchata, and fresh watermelon and pineapple juices.

The custom built food truck, covered with black and red sugar skulls and Lucha libre masks, has a full kitchen, with air conditioning, running water, a vertical broiler, for making homemade gyro and el pastor meat, a griddle, and a fryer.

It’s almost like a whole new business. We have done catering for years but with the food truck everything is going to be ready to go. It will allow us to do more catering than we have been able to do in the past.

Food and Fitness come hand in hand for this Central New York native. Coaching fitness is a first passion, but exploring new restaurants, sampling seasonal dishes and tasting fresh new flavors is a very, very close second. I love food and sharing a good meal with friends can be a highlight to any day.
