Spur Now Open for Brunch

Weekend brunch with bottomless mimosas is a great way to start a summer day.

If you are in search of a lively atmosphere, bottomless mimosas and a refreshing brunch menu, Spur is the place to be on the weekends! Nestled in the foot of the Tetons in the Teton Mountain Lodge and Spa, Spur is well known for the après ski scene, but this summer they are opening their doors (literally) to the beautiful Jackson Hole summer weather. The Spur is serving up a whole new brunch menu every Saturday and Sunday this summer from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Recently remodeled with doors that open up the entire restaurant, this brunch is an incredible indoor/outdoor experience. Enjoy an al fresco experience while sipping mimosas and there is also live Flamenco Guitar music on Sundays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The Spur Pancake Sandwich
Spur pancake sandwich is a menu favorite.

You’ll find brunch staples with a creative twist, and some new classics like the pancake sandwich. Think of all the best parts of breakfast: fried egg, sausage and bacon, perfectly placed between two fluffy pancakes and topped with just the right amount of maple syrup!

The Crab Benedict takes your traditional eggs Benedict to the next level. Served with roasted tri-color potatoes and finished with edible flowers, this dish makes for a great Instagram post too (I mean, did you even brunch if you don’t post a photo?!).

You’ll also find some lighter options on the menu. The compressed watermelon salad is not your typical salad. Vacuum sealed with basil simple syrup to infuse the flavor, the watermelon is the star of the plate and served on a bed of micro-greens with feta cheese and fig jam, then topped with spiced pistachios.

No brunch is complete without bottomless mimosas and from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., you can get all the vitamin C you need! Order a Bloody Mary if mimosas aren’t your thing, served with the pickled accoutrements and a blue cheese stuffed olive.
