Snow King Announces King Concert Summer Series

Snow King Mountain Resort announces six nights of music for this summer!

As the snow melts and green grass emerges, there is a stoke around town in anticipation for summertime in Jackson Hole. Contributing to the excitement is Snow King Mountain Resort, who just announces their line-up for the highly anticipated 2023 King Concerts summer series. Boasting a six-show line-up, tickets are available at KingConcerts.com on Friday, May 5 at 10 a.m. (MST).

With the installation of the new gondola at Snow King Mountain in 2021, Snow King was able to host the inaugural King Concert at the summit of the in town mountain las year. The two night event featuring Duane Betts and friends, and received an outstanding response from the nearly 4,000 show-goers that attended. Even amidst a construction zone, the breathtaking views of the Tetons and sound quality was electric!

This summer’s events are sure to impress with a new stage and venue layout. Kicking things off will be Dark Star Orchestra with a three night run, July 7, 8 and 9. Dark Star Orchestra is known for recreating old set lists from past Grateful Dead shows and will cater to the dead head music scene popular in Jackson.

Next up, Trampled by Turtles with Amigo the Devil on July 16 and on July 21 The Motet with the popular local cover band Sghetti. To wrap things up on August 2, the highly anticipated String Cheese Incident, known for their creative bluegrass jam band sounds.

Ticket holders will have unlimited access to the gondola beginning at 4:30 (shows beginning at various times) and concession food and drink at the venue on the top of the mountain. Tickets will be sold at an early-bird rate starting tomorrow through May 13, when regular ticket prices will apply. If you are a local or Jackson is in your summer travel plans, get your tickets while you can and soak up every minute of the sweet Jackson Hole summertime!
