Hatch will be running food and cocktail specials, as well as a wheel of prizes from 4:30 until 7 p.m. Stop in for a $25 taco sampler, a mix of Hatch’s best-selling tacos including pulled pork, camaron, and verduras. They are also offering a $12 rocks margarita, $13 Casamigos margarita, and a $17 Spirit of Agave trio. Purchase a cocktail and spin to win a prize, including tequila shots, margs, t-shirts and swag bags.
Snake River Brewing is hosting a party, with Sinego, DJ Echo, and Marco Flexx playing sets from 9 p.m. until close with no cover charge. The Brew Pub’s La Cerveza Mexican lager will be served on tap.
Swing by Merry Piglets for a drink and tacos—$2.99 ground beef tacos and 2-for-1 margs all day (dine in only). Their extensive tequila selection makes the Tex-Mex restaurant an ideal spot to celebrate the season.
Is there a better spot for tacos than Streetfood? The fresh fish are a favorite. You can’t go wrong with Pacifico and tacos at the Coach.
Start the celebration off early with a brunch you can’t beat: Nora’s is offering half off Huevos Rancheros all day Friday.
Enjoy $5 margaritas and Mexican lagers on tap at StillWest on Friday. The brewery just opened back up after their off-season closure and is an ideal spot for a happy hour drink on the deck overlooking Snow King. Menu specials for the day include chips and guac, crispy snapper fish tacos and an al pastor quesadilla.
