Food Shed Idaho, a new online speciality grocer, located on West Center Street in Victor, offers a wide selection of local, and imported speciality food items and house-made cookies. Owned and operated by Cecily Costa, a graduate of the California Culinary Academy, a professional cook and businesswoman has more than 20 years in the speciality food industry. Food Shed Idaho opened in November 2020, selling unique and authentic products from Italy, France and the United States.
Food Shed Idaho offers unique, hard-to-find authentic ingredients. We have local and imported products that I have personal connections and stories with, and that have clean ingredients and are rich in tradition.
Cecily Costa, owner of Food Shed Idaho

Costa’s goal since opening Food Shed Idaho has been to provide the local community with healthy options, while supplying hard to find, fun, flavorful ingredients to cook with at home. All products have a limited ingredient panel, use clean ingredients, some organic, that can easily be pronounced. And many items are available for those with restrictive diets, including gluten free and dairy free. A label or ingredients list is available for each product sold on Food Shed Idaho’s website.
Shop local Idaho products like Hillside Grain from Bellevue, beans, lentils, and chickpeas from Zursun in Idaho Falls, and homemade tea from Teton Teas. Find pistachios from Santa Barbara, tuna from Oregon, and Koda Farms Heirloom rice from California’s oldest family run rice mill. Imported items include Dijon and chocolates from France, and finishing oils, truffle products, authentic balsamic and vinegars, and jams and chocolates from Italy. Food Shed offers a variety of ingredients for any meal, any time of the day.

There is a little bit of everything. These products aren’t in Whole Foods, they’re items that I love and that I know a lot about. They are curated by me. Presentation is everything and the packaging is beautiful but it’s what’s inside that really counts and these products stand up to that.
