Ring in the New Year, Jackson Hole-Style

New Year’s Eve is always a special time to be in Jackson. Whether you want to jam all night or treat yourself to a chef-curated eight course meal, there’s no shortage of happenings in the Tetons. Here is a guide to help you choose wisely!

The Handle Bar at the Four Seasons

A live DJ will be spinning tunes until late in the evening at The Handle Bar’s New Year’s Eve Extravaganza. Dance the night away in Teton Village from 10 p.m. to 1 a.m.

Silver Dollar Bar

The Silver Dollar Bar is serving a special New Years Eve menu from 5:30 to 9 p.m (call to reserve). Then get down with Paul Cleckler from 8 p.m. to midnight for a night to remember. No advanced tickets or cover. 

Million Dollar Cowboy Bar

Ring in the new year at The Cowboy with the Boondock Boys from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. There’s no cover, and the event is first come, first serve. 

Mangy Moose

It’s a New Year’s weekend at the Mangy Moose. On New Year’s Eve, Whisky Mornin’s 10-piece band will play a 90’s tribute set with all the favorites, followed by Sghetti to ring in the new year. Tickets are $75 and can be purchased here

Kampai

Celebrate the end of the year with an 8-course New Year’s-inspired omakase menu by Executive Chef Chris Massad. The fixed price dinner ($325 per seat) will feature new and exciting takes on nigiri, sashimi and more. Virginian Saloon

The inaugural Town Social series kicks off at the Virginian for New Year’s Eve, featuring the Deadlocks and touring musicians Duane Betts and Cody Dickinson. Doors open at 8 p.m. with music starting at 9 p.m. for this 21+ event. Tickets are $85 and can be purchased here.

Hayden’s Post

Hayden’s Post will be hosting a New Year’s Gala dinner with an a la carte menu including holiday favorites like roasted turkey, honey glazed ham, apple pie and green bean casserole. Dinner is on Saturday, Dec. 31 at 8 p.m.

Torchlight Parades at Snow King Mountain and Jackson Hole Mountain Resort

Torchlight parades at both Snow King and JHMR are a fun way to kick off the evening’s festivities. The JHMR parade will start with a kid-friendly glow stick parade at 5:30 p.m. followed by a fireworks display. Snow King will have fireworks starting at 7:30 p.m., which you can conveniently watch from most places in town!
