New Tea Company Boasts Health Benefits

Don’t hate us for reminding you, but ski season is almost over. And with that, all those apres sessions fueled by pizza and beer. You know what that means? Detox season is upon us. A lot of people look to kratom wholesale options for this, and whilst it works for many others are always seeking the next new thing to try.

If you’re looking for something different, check out Jackson’s newest tea company, Headwater Teas. Their Detox/Cleansing Tea is full of antioxidants, polyphenols and catechins and dubbed their “tea on steroids,” perfect for ridding your body of all those apres ski toxins. It’s well known that when trying to detox, tea can help a lot more than other less natural products do.

Headwater Teas

Now, we haven’t tried it at Dishing (because, let’s face it, none of us cleanse). But, it sounds legit. The product is infused with 10 different detoxifying and cleansing herbs, including turmeric, milk thistle and buckthorn, to name a few.

Intrigued? Find out more about Headwater Teas here. The company was started by James Keller, who used his teas as a way to alleviate allergy symptoms. Dubbed “Teas with Benefits,” these products are infused with herbal extracts and target boosting your immune system, fighting allergy symptoms and supercharging your detox.

Their dry, whole leaf teas are infused with subtle liquid extract formulas meant to enhance the taste and aroma of the tea, and provide the health benefit. They only use organic or wild harvested herbs. Find Headwater Teas at Jackson Whole Grocer and Vertical Harvest, or buy them online. They even have a monthly subscription package for $20.

Cara Rank

Also originally from the South, Cara Rank discovered cooking was a creative outlet that helped her relax after long days writing magazine and newspaper articles during the past eight years in Jackson. Really, she just missed Southern food. A lot. During a 12-year career as a journalist, Cara has won numerous awards for her work and has written about everything from rodeo queens to Dolly Parton tomatoes. She spends her weekends making jars of pickles and jam and amazing dinners for friends. She loves shishito peppers, Chicago-style hot dogs and elderflower-spiked cocktails.
