New Offerings at Old Favorites

Two well-seasoned Jackson eateries, Snake River Brewing and Sidewinders West Bank, have expanded their offerings to satisfy their customers’ desires!

Breakfast at Snake River Brewing:

For the past 30 years, the Snake River Brewing has been a go-to for daily lunch specials, happy hour meet ups, dinner, and of course, local beers! As of May 3, you can now start your day at The Brew Pub with a hearty breakfast, served seven days a week from 7-10:30 a.m. The new meal is an addition to their regular lunch and dinner hours and menu, served from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. The breakfast menu has options such as a red flannel hash, featuring corned beef, roasted beets, potatoes, green onions, fresh horseradish, poached eggs and fried leeks, and the Pub’s spin on a classic eggs Benedict – both are tasty ways to start your day off right. Coffee and juice are available to drink, but it’s never too early for a beer or to give one of their mimosas or well-dressed Bloody Mary a try! Bringing the kiddos? Cheesy eggs, French toast and even a chicken tenders breakfast boast the kid’s breakfast menu.

Short on time? The Dawn Patrol portion of their menu is prepared quickly and has options such as a breakfast burrito, spent grain granola bowl and a giant cinnamon roll for those who like to say hello to their morning with a no-so-little-something sweet on the go.

Sidewinders West Bank Cantina Menu

Frequent diners of Sidewinders West Bank dropped hints that they were hoping to see some of their favorite Merry Piglets items make it out to Wilson, and the Blue Collar Group answered! The owners have introduced the Sidewinders Cantina Menu to the village road location, and your Tex Mex cravings can now be cured when dining on the West Bank. Appetizers such as the twisted cowgirl dip, and the infamous Merry Pigs’ queso dip will get you started, followed by enchiladas, fajitas and tacos to round out your south of the border spread.

Both The Brew Pub and Sidewinders West Bank are walk-ins only, and offers dining room and bar seating. Give your old favorites’ new offerings a try for new meals!
