Save the date! On Friday (Halloween Eve), Freshies Lobster Co. in Jackson Whole Grocer offers extra sweet deals for locals. In 2017, they were named the ‘World’s Best Lobster Roll,’ in the Down East Lobster Roll Festival in Maine. Now, you can get your hands on this award winning roll for just $14 on Friday, and $16 through the month of November!
According to owner Lorin Smaha, they want locals to have the opportunity to fall in love with their lobster.
“I think it’s a good opportunity, in the offseason, to get people kind of tapped in that we’re here and that we’re gonna be here for the winter.”

Freshies Lobster Co. started as a farmer’s market endeavor that became a food truck, and then came their first restaurant in Park City, Utah. They expanded to Salt Lake, and finally, this summer opened in Jackson Hole. For Smaha, she wanted to open a spot in Jackson to bring locals the freshest lobster they can find.
“Our lobster, we ship it in fresh overnight from Maine. So, you know, I think that’s the biggest difference. And then, the seasoning we put on it adds a different element, and we ship the buns in from Maine as well.”
